I Have Taken Over This Blog

Why, hello there, you! I know that this blog was all about this random gal named Ginger-whatever-it-is, but she left her computer open one day, so I took it over! And good thing. This blog was a MESS! It was all about Ginger this, Ginger that. But NOW…

It’s about the best subject in the world! ME!!!

The most infamous crocheted cat in the UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you may know, this blog right here is where I am going to log all my thoughts, feelings, and insights on life, as well as anything I feel is necessary to tell the public. All good so far? Well, obviously you are interested in my life, because you are still reading. Read on, C.A.N.L.! (Crazy Amineko Lady/Lad)

The School DISASTER

Hey again, everybody! It is summer, the best part of the year! So imagine my surprise when Mom brought me to school again!!! I had to fill out a sheet of what the prior month had been like. It was the WORST!!! Cougar was there too. He said, and I quote, “It’s not so bad.”

WHAT THE HAY???

Then I responded, “Who are you and what have you done with my amineko friend Cougar?!?”

Cougar just glared.

I am devastated. Co has been taken over by his mom, my Aunt Elliott! What am I going to DO?!

Anyway, it is time for Avatar: the last airbender. (A nickelodeon show I watch every few days with my mom.)

See ya!

DOOMSDAY: the day of the bathing

Hello again, everybody. Today, disaster struck! Okay, let me start at the beginning.

It all started with a wonderful dream. I dreamed that I was swimming in an olympic sized swimming pool full to bursting with chocolate covered fish, my favorite treat, while the crowd chanted the chant of death at the people competing against me.

“Nika! Nika! Nika!” they called.

But then the chants changed.

“Nika! Niko! Neko! Neko!” they chanted.

“Neko! Neko! NEKO!”

I woke with a start. Up above me was my Mom’s face glaring down at me.

“Neko! Get up and get dressed! It’s a school day!” And with that, she walked off.

I groaned. Why? Why must it be a school day? I slumped out of bed and pulled on a shirt and a skirt and left my room.

Five minutes later, there we were.  That lesson was not too bad. It included coloring, which I love.

What happened next was bad. My Mom went on a 2-mile bike ride, and I had to ride in the basket! After that, she placed me on a net swing, and I tied my arms on, henceforth she flung the swing around with all her might. Wheeee! It was so fun, cause when i fell off, I got all dirty!

But then, it happened. Mom scooped me up, brought me inside, and plunked me in a sink full of warm, soapy water. EEEEEWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!

If that was not bad enough, afterward I had to go in the washer, and then into that rollercoaster of a dryer!!! #theworstdayEVER.

We cats call that day of bathing DOOMSDAY.

Toodles,

Neko

All About Me: The Best Amineko Ever

Hey, guys. I am stuck in school right now. My fellow classmate, Cougar, (Pronounced CO-GAR), is in the middle of math. I feel so bad for him! Even worse, I have to go right after him!

Here are a few things you should know about me:

 1. I hate hats, like everyone else on the planet who is sane.

 2. I also hate clothes, for they cover up my beautiful yarn-y body.

3. I hate green stuff! Hate is not a strong enough word. Hmmm… I know! I LOATHE green stuff!!!!!!!

 4. I hate being bossed around.

5. I am made of yarn. Yeah, yeah, I know. What a shock! But it is true. That is what Amineko means! Crochet Cat.

 6. I love fish. No, I adore fish!

 7. I have three amazing friends; Skye, Ami, and Cougar.

 8. We are infamous! Famous for a bad thing. Or several, in our case.

9. My BFFs do not have to wear clothes and I do!

10. My mom is the worst. Not as bad as my Aunt Elliott, who is Ami, Skye, and Co’s mom, but still bad.

 11. We aminekos ADORE our makers. The people who crocheted us! My maker is my great grandma, E.G. Ami was made by her, too. Skye and Cougar were made by our grandma, who we call Aunt Sara.

My family consists of seven people, including me. Here they are, listed in order:

Lucy Mixer, 31. The Mom.

Widow Mixer, 13.  The Mail Owl

Ruby Mixer, 12. The Gossip Girl

Neko Mixer, 11. (Me) The Troublemaker

Peanut Mixer, 8. The Meditator (Curse Boy!)

Pistachio Mixer, 6. The Smartypants Acrobat With The Muscles. (Not half as strong as Skye.)

See you tomorrow! Neko

Black Lives Matter

I know many people have been protesting about this kind of thing recently, and now its my turn. I am very pale myself, but that does not make me superior to anyone else on this planet. I wish that the people in charge would take into account what has been happening to all dark men and women across the world. And do you know who has it the hardest? Black women. I was lucky enough to be born into a family who could afford to buy me all that I need and most things that I want. Not everyone was this fortunate, and especially not black humans. What difference does it make, the color of our skin? None at all! If I covered myself in brown paint and went to the market just like I always do, people would treat me differently than they used to. (Not that I’m going to the market anyway, because, you know, COVID-19.) Dark people are equal human beings to white people!

That’s all for today. But the point of this is this: white = dark. Not this: white > dark. HUMANS ARE EQUAL.

I’ll post sometime again. -Gingerclaw

Sandstorm Story

Hey-o, readers! Today I’d like to attack this sandstorm story. What is a sandstorm story? A sandstorm story is a random story (or a chapter of a story) I wrote myself. You can make requests for sandstorm stories by leaving a comment. So, without further ado, today’s sandstorm story, Maid Discoveries!

Chapter l

Into the woods

“Do we have to run so fast?” asked Colson as we sped through the woods.

“Do you want to get caught and thrown back in jail?” I called back.

“I know, but Penny…”

“Then keep running!”

“PENNY! THE GUARDS AREN’T EVEN FOLLOWING US!”

I glanced behind me. She was right! There was nobody following us. “Then I suppose we need to find a place to set up camp,” I said, slowing down.

It was only a few minutes before we found the perfect place. The place was a clearing next to a stream with a few dandelions growing in dappled sunlight. Tall, burly pines lined the edges of the clearing. “Perfect,” I said.

“Hey Penny! I know where we are!” said Colson. “This is Grimroot Forest!”

“How do you know?” I asked.

“I used to live on the borders of it before I went to go work for the king,” she replied. “I recognize the way the trees grow.”

“I was told of a witch who lived in these woods. Do you think we’ll be safe?” I asked.

“I think the stories will keep townspeople away.  I’m gonna build my hut here. Is that OK

with you?” Colson responded, walking over to a spot just next to the stream.

“Yeah, I’m planning to build a tree house anyway,” I said, walking over to a sturdy pine and looking at it in awe.

We set to work that afternoon.

Okay people! that was chapter 1 of maid discoveries! See ya

Coding With Python

Alright people welcome back! Today I’d like to talk about coding with python. I own two python books; Coding Projects in Python and Coding Games in Python.

For beginners, I would like to advise starting with Coding Games in Python, because it is much simpler. Although, I must warn you, you will have to do a TON of typing.

If you have some experience with Python, feel free to go straight to Coding Projects in Python. Still, SO MUCH TYPING.

I hope I advised you well, Fellow/Beginning coder! See you in the long run, Gingerclaw

Family

Okay, next thing you might wanna know is all about my family. First, (and most important), is my sister. That is me with my sister below.

I’m the one in the sunglasses. Second, we have my parents. I don’t have a picture, but they are the ones who make my dreams reality.

Lastly, there is my cat, Joy. She has black fur, green eyes, and a stubborn personality. That’s it. That’s the family I live with, and I love them more than everything.
